Course Description

This course focuses on establishing the project manager as the role model to set the tone for the claim. 

Project Managers will learn to develop a cohesive working environment alongside unique stakeholders and create an atmosphere of trust. They will be taught to effectively select and manage sub trades to comply with high end materials and parameters. 

Project Manager’s will learn to elevate site care and control through situational reporting, privacy and potential media management while implementing strategies to be proactive with the unique client base.
