Course Description

This course focuses on providing technicians with basic knowledge and confidence to run a job with contents from start to finish. They will gain insight into processes, packing and other operational efficiencies in order to effectively document and manage contents claims using the most current industry guidelines. Knowing what products to use, packing materials and defining what is most important to the client can avoid impediments and make them feel at ease.
