Course Description

This course is designed to provide project managers and technicians to refresh their skills in the practice of contents recovery and processing from loss events such as fire and water. This course guides restoration workers through the process of contents claims and cleaning. They will learn how to properly handle and restore damaged contents from soft goods to hard contents. Specifically, they will learn important inventory, documenting, storage, and pack-back methods for cleaning.

Learn everything from how to properly receive the job to the return of the contents to the homeowner and all of the steps in between.
