21st Century Contents Management Certification is designed to provide project managers and technicians skills in the practice of contents recovery and processing from loss events such as fire and water. This course guides restoration workers in an advanced understanding of restoration techniques used in the core skills within contents processing to emphasize the best practices for efficiency and profitability, cleaning methods utilized in content restoration, as well as organizational effectiveness of warehouse storage and time management skills. Common problems and their solutions, including breakage and loss, productivity and efficiency as well as the complete basics of cleaning contents are covered as well.

Learn the process of contents claims and cleaning, how to properly handle and restore damaged contents from soft goods to hard contents, specifically learning important inventory, documenting, storage, and pack-back methods for cleaning!

This course outlines the importance of providing your client with options to make the difference in effective management of contents in every loss, each and every time. Students will gain insight into processes, packing and other operational efficiencies in order to effectively document and manage contents claims using the most current industry guidelines. 

This 40 hour course is intended to take your project managers and technicians to the next level whether they are a new or a seasoned veteran looking to develop their capabilities, learning new tricks of the trade and applying a consistent strategy to create a gap between them and the competition. This course includes 14 training modules. Each training module is 2.5 hours.
