Course Description

Mitigation 101 teaches consistency in emergency claim processes as well as the setup and verification of their completion. This creates alignment and an optimal claim experience for the customers.  

This course provides the technicians the opportunity to manage emergency claims from start to finish. It reviews each aspect of mitigation claims, including salvage, drying opportunities, determination of source and loss type, and strategies for customer satisfaction.
