Course Description

Restoration 101 provides insight to insurance restoration work for the Project Manager Assistant (PMA) and administrative staff and teams to have a better understanding of all the factors that are involved with restoration. Students will be guided through the essentials of restoration, taking them through each facet of the emergency process and overall file requirements.

 Become proficient in what project management is. Understand the standards in the industry. Learn what insurance is and the roles in insurance. Elevate the skills that will help manage time wisely, communicate with purpose, and document the file skillfully.

With this course, Project Management Assistants (PMAs) and the administrative team will gain knowledge, tools, and strategies necessary to excel in managing and assisting with restoration claims.
